This & that from here & there
With Christmas coming in hot in T minus 7 days, I wanted to share some fun finds that crossed by desk this week. Whether you’re still on the hunt for gifts, or just need some eye candy to break up your Tuesday evening scroll I got you.
One key reminder (I am mostly writing this for myself), just because you come across a piece of clothing, pair of shoes, kitchen accessory, etc. that you like, does not mean you need to purchase it. Sometimes admiring an item from a window or your computer screen is enough. More to come on this topic with my personal 2025 shopping goals in a future post.
Natasha Blodgett Special Delivery Envelope Clutch
This clutch stopped me in the middle of a scrolling frenzy. I have long admired Serpent Sea’s needlepoint clutches and these custom envelope clutches gave off a similar vibe. Not only do you have the ability to select your custom to and from addresses, but also an array of stamps. For $475 this is such a cool clutch that you’d have forever. Would also make an incredible gift for a bride. Linking the order form here.
Shop Rhode Closure
Don’t panic, this is not Mrs. Bieber’s brand. Shop Rhode is home to the long sleeve mini dress with the braided waist tie belt. Their owners announced the brand’s closure last week and as a result, their entire website is 80% off. In need of a spring or summer dress? Some of my favorites include this hot chili pepper top and shorts, Nilu beaded dress (stunning and several sizes available), and heart patch sweatshirt (all sizes available).
Levi’s Baggy Dad Jeans
I think I’ve tried almost every style that Levi’s offers. Let me tell you the best were saved for last. Introducing the Baggy Dad jeans. If you’re on the hunt for a pair of lose leg denim that sill defines your waist these are THE PAIR. Truly a sisterhood of the traveling pants denim, you can size down or up depending on where you’d like the rise to sit. They are currently on sale for $75 vs. $108. They are the type of jeans you can travel in vs. sweatpants and still keep your look elevated.
Vintage Celine Jacked with Chanel Buttons
Wait what? I thought the same thing! But how chic is this vintage red, Celine jacket with “CC” buttons for $69. While I can’t promise you these CC buttons are 100% authentic, the jacket is so chic. I’d wear as a mini dress vs. open jacket but you do you. Someone needs this, so run!
